The FA tablet pressing machine is the perfect choice for R&D and low scale production tablet presser. It is available in 8-10-13-16-19-21 station versions

 

  • It’s a rotary bench press at high level of technology that fits for the requirements of pharmaceutical Research and Development Laboratories.
  • The machine can be equipped with load cells and electronic supports for the analysis and the detection of compression forces, pre-compression, removal and detachment of tablets, position/moving of the upper and lower punch and Dwell Time calculation.
  • The collected data are elaborated by the Analysis Software D.A.T.
  • The software can easily be used and it can acquire data of up to a frequency of 1 KHz
  • The data will be analyzed graphically and statistically and can be exported to Microsoft Exel.
  • The Analysis Software D.A.T is a very important instrument to study the trend of a new product, both in powder and in granules, through all the cycle of compression on a rotary press.
  • The latest model is the 10 station version with the possibility of mounting 5 tools Euronorm type B and 5 tools type D on the same drum.
  • GMP compliance and international safety standards.
